How it all began
Nature Bound Kids Occupational Therapy was born from a shared passion between two occupational therapists, Sara and Chrissy. As colleagues, friends, and parents, we found ourselves drawn to the same belief: children thrive when given the space to build skills, develop friendships, learn to regulate their emotions, and grow in confidence through meaningful outdoor experiences.
Â
Today, our practice is rooted in this vision. We provide strengths-based, evidence-informed occupational therapy that integrates principles of sensory integration, co-regulation, social-emotional development, and nature-based practice. Our goal remains simple: to create an authentic, joyful, and family-centered community where every child is celebrated for who they are and supported in reaching their fullest potential.
